Samsung Galaxy S9

In 2018 I had the privilege to work hand in hand with Wieden + Kennedy Portland to launch the new Samsung S9, the world’s biggest smartphone brand in the most competitive market: the USA. More than 10 different commercials were developed by W+K and R/GA, among others agencies.

Jet Lag is a different kind of travel story. It can be hard to travel around the world, but it sure is worth it. It all depends on the eye with which you look at it.

Moving On is Carmen’s story, who is flying to visit her sister and newborn baby, Carmen’s first niece. Does it look easy? It’s not. That is, unless you have the right technology in your pocket.

And finally, Level Up, featuring the streamer Ninja and rapper Travis Scott.  The goal was to position the new Samsung Note 9 as the best gaming device. To attract Fortnite players, Samsung also offered them free in-game currency and an exclusive Galaxy skin.

The social campaign targeting Gen Y and Gen Z gamers consisted of high-profile partnerships with some of the world’s most well-known gamers and influencers.

Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins, a professional gamer and internet personality, was the first to unveil the exclusive, first-of-its-kind Galaxy Skin during a Twitch live stream in front of his millions of fans.
